Yes, absolutely. The Black Friday offers apply both online and in our showrooms. Would you rather see and feel the rug in real life first? You are very welcome to visit. Our stylists will gladly help you find a rug that fits you and your interior perfectly.
First check whether all products in your basket fall within the terms of the offer. The Black Friday stacked discount applies from a minimum order value of €50 and only to rugs carrying the Black Friday label. Also check that you have entered the discount code exactly as shown.

Of course! Our standard return conditions apply during Black Friday too. Unsure about size or colour? No problem. You can exchange or return your rug within 30 days, as long as it is in its original condition.
Please note: did you use our stacked discount? If you return part of your order and drop below a lower discount threshold, we adjust the discount percentage accordingly. The difference is settled against the amount refunded.
As soon as your order is on its way you will receive a track-and-trace link, so you can follow in our delivery portal exactly when your rug will arrive. Have you not received the link, or can you not find it? Let us know. Our customer service team will gladly look into it with you and is available five days a week.
